Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with tags attached
- In resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikinis and boardshorts unless they arrive defective. All collaboration graphic tees and HO kneeboards are final sale due to their limited-edition nature.
How to Return or Exchange

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
