Shipping Information
Order Processing
We’ll get your order ready to ride the waves in 1-2 business days. Weekend orders will ship the following business day.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over 50 USD – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: We currently don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote areas. If your location isn’t available at checkout, drop us a line at [email protected] – we’re always looking to expand our reach!
Our Return Promise
We want you to be as stoked about your gear as you are about catching that perfect wave. If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered with our 15-day return policy.
Return Conditions
All items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with tags attached
- In resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Bikinis and boardshorts (unless defective)
- Collaboration graphic tees (they’re limited edition!)
- HO kneeboards (these are final sale)
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Get Approval: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Pack It Up: Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly visible

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement pronto or issue a full refund – your choice!
Pro Tip
Consider using a trackable shipping method for returns. We can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
